How do I search for a chemical?
Use Keyword for name/CAS/formula/catalogue number, List for multiple identifiers, or Structure Search for RDKit exact/substructure/similarity queries.
When should I use Cart versus Bulk Inquiry?
Use Cart for published packs within online quantity rules. Use Bulk Inquiry for larger quantities, custom pack needs, inquiry-only products or document-heavy requirements.
Why can my account price differ from the public price?
Eligible signed-in organisations can receive purchase-tier, manually assigned or pack-specific contracted pricing configured by ALLKemicals.
Where do I see quotations and orders?
Sign in to My ALLKemicals to view private RFQs, quotations, customer responses, Sales Orders, shipment status and supplied-batch information.
How do I obtain SDS or COA?
Released public documents can be opened directly. Controlled or batch-specific documents are shown in your customer document centre when applicable or can be requested through Bulk Inquiry.
What does regional availability mean?
Availability is based on ALLKemicals warehouse and fulfilment records. Where real batch tracking is active, sellable availability uses released, in-date lot quantity.
